Terms of Service

1. What GloSource AI Is (and Is Not)

GloSource AI (“Service”, “we”, “us”) is an AI-powered research and preparation tool. We help buyers discover supplier candidates, generate trust signals, and draft RFQ (Request for Quotation) templates.

• We do not sell, stock, or ship any goods.
• We do not act as a trade agent, customs broker, or sourcing intermediary.
• We do not guarantee supplier contact, response, or transaction success.
• All contracts and negotiations occur directly between you and the supplier.

2. AI-Generated Information Disclaimer

Supplier names, trust scores, pricing, MOQ figures, certification signals, RFQ drafts, and all other sourcing outputs are generated by AI (Google Gemini with Search Grounding) and are provided for informational and research purposes only.

• Trust scores (0–100) reflect AI-detected signals, not verified certifications.
• Pricing and MOQ are estimates; actual terms may differ significantly.
• Certification mentions (MFDS, HACCP, KC, KS) are AI-detected signals that require independent verification.
• RFQ drafts are templates. Review and customise every draft before sending.
• You must independently verify all supplier information before entering into any agreement.

3. Subscription and Payment Terms

3.1 Plans

Subscriptions are billed monthly in the currency listed at checkout. Korean plans are priced in KRW; international (English) plans are priced in USD. All plan tiers use the same underlying AI model (Google Gemini); pricing differences reflect the number of monthly searches included per plan and regional market conditions. Higher-tier plans also include sourcing history and additional export features. Access is activated immediately upon payment confirmation.

3.2 Free Tier

Visitors receive 5 anonymous trial searches. Verified free accounts receive 10 free searches per month. Free-tier searches expire and do not roll over. No payment information is required for the free tier.

3.3 Auto-renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time from your account settings.

3.4 Refund Policy

Because GloSource AI delivers digital access immediately upon payment, subscriptions are generally non-refundable once the billing period has started and searches have been used.

We will issue a full refund if:

• You request a refund within 48 hours of your first payment and have used fewer than 3 searches.
• A verified technical failure on our side prevented service delivery for more than 72 consecutive hours.

To request a refund, email glosourceai@gmail.com with your account email and order reference. We aim to respond within 3 business days.

3.5 EU Consumer Withdrawal Rights

If you are a consumer resident in the EU/EEA, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the EU Consumer Rights Directive. However, by subscribing and receiving immediate digital access to the Service, you expressly request that performance of the contract begin before the withdrawal period expires and you acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed, or once you have made your first search. This acknowledgement is collected as a separate consent step during checkout.

3.6 California Consumer Privacy (CCPA)

California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected, to request deletion, and to opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information. To exercise your rights, email glosourceai@gmail.com with subject line “CCPA Request”.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to create misleading or fraudulent procurement documents.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract Service outputs at scale.
• Share account credentials to exceed your plan’s seat limits.
• Use the Service in violation of applicable export control laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GloSource AI and its operators shall not be liable for:

• Any loss arising from reliance on AI-generated supplier information.
• Failed, fraudulent, or unsatisfactory transactions with suppliers.
• Customs duties, import taxes, or regulatory non-compliance.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

6. Intellectual Property

GloSource AI and its underlying AI models, design, and branding are owned by the Service operator. You retain ownership of any RFQ drafts or content you create using the Service. We do not claim ownership of your search queries or output documents.

7. Modifications to Service and Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms or the Service at any time. Continued use of the Service after a material change constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via email or an in-app notice at least 7 days in advance.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. For international users, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence continue to apply where required by applicable law. Disputes may be brought in the courts of the operator's domicile or as otherwise agreed in writing.
